I’m pleased to announce the launch of Justin Lim Photography: Curated in 2020 - a new concept in prewedding and engagement packages.

Rather than the cliched, seen-before style of many overseas shoot packages, Curated is a new destination and holiday experience that leans on my own personal experience as an Instagram and lifestyle personality. I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy so many destinations - Copenhagen, Siam Reap, Bali - through my own sponsorships and IG collabs, not to mention working with some of the world’s most famous photography platforms - now I want to bring those experiences to you via my own wedding services.

These tailored experiences canvas cafe culture, delicious street food, the Asian art scene and more. It’s a casual yet visually striking approach to engagement photography that I’ve yearned to bring to the table as I’ve become more and more known in the industry. It’s also a response to the growing demand for unique travel experiences that go beyond the norm, as clients and travellers become more social media savvy.

The places below all mean something to me on a personal level. Penang - home of my grandparents, a street food and UNESCO destination beyond compare for street photography. Bangkok - my second home, a place I visit multiple times a year to enjoy their incredibly Nordic, minimal cafe culture and IG roasteries and charming speakeasies. Singapore - where I held my two month exhibition in 2018 and another incredible destination for social media. Tokyo - that wonderfully ebullient and colourful city, bringing my experience as an event photographer there to my wedding packages.

I’d love to not only be your photographer, but your personal guide to these places - bringing out the history of these heritage locales and explaining the provenance behind a street food staple. Think epic, IG-shareable weekend away rather than a tiring, contrived shoot. Avoiding the cliched tourist spots and bringing some real authentic moods and places to you - the unseen heritage spots that cry out to be photographed but aren’t on the usual destination photography radar. And yes, there’s plenty of time to explore the most instagrammable spots for your own feed!

This is something wonderfully bespoke, that allows you to pick my brain as to my many years of IG experience as an influencer or KOL of sorts, sharing my experience in that sphere! Itineraries are different each time and are specifically tailored to your interests - be they food, history, art, culture or nature. My IG photos have been featured on VSCO, The Guardian, MR PORTER and many more!
